have you ever had a dream that was so vivid it stuck with you in the back of your mind for years?

Mine was…

I’ve had a few.

One of them involved being in a Sailor Scout uniform.  I was trapped in a pit, just dirt surrounded by high rock, it was light outside, and there was a dark cave.  There were other girls there, they made me a Sailor Scout.  Then we fought tigers that stalked out of the cave.  There were acrobatic moves and we just kept fighting tigers…. It was weird.  I must have been about 10 or 11 years old.

Another involved a movie theater’s bathroom.  I walked from the dimly lit lobby decorated in shades of red and black, silver steel and gold accents, into the women’s bathroom.  The lighting was pretty similar in there.  I go to the bathroom, the lights are making me uncomfortable, a lady ghost appears out of the stall door, torso on up, and starts choking me to death.  It freaked me the fuck out.  I may have been about 14 years old for that one.

The last one I’ll mention is kind of a continuation of the last one except after the incident, instead of waking up, the bathroom turns into nothing but darkness.  The sinks are lit up, bright red neon.  I run into another room, there’s a bed.  The bed is lit up bright white.  There are other things lit bright red.  I’m disoriented.  I try to run back into the lobby but nothing’s there.  I wake up.
